Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and mentor a team of plant health care specialists, conducting regular training and performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering expert advice and customized solutions.
• Ensure all practices adhere to safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in pesticide application.
• Streamline processes and enhance client communication to maximize operational efficiency.
• Implement optimized scheduling and routing strategies for efficient service delivery.
• Drive and achieve sales and production targets, performing fieldwork as necessary.
• Promote and lead upselling initiatives to enhance client value and revenue.
• Track, analyze, and report on plant health care data to refine and improve services.
