Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and mentor a team of plant health care specialists, conducting regular training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering expert advice and customized solutions.
- Ensure all practices adhere to safety and regulatory compliance, particularly in pesticide application.
- Streamline processes and enhance client communication to maximize operational efficiency.
- Implement optimized scheduling and routing strategies for efficient service delivery.
- Drive and achieve sales and production targets, performing fieldwork as necessary.
- Promote and lead upselling initiatives to enhance client value and revenue.
- Track, analyze, and report on plant health care data to refine and improve services.
- Lead educational outreach through training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients.
- Manage the budget for the plant health care division, ensuring financial accountability and profitability.
- Participate in fieldwork to support the team and achieve goals.
