Responsibilities

• Client Site Visits and Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate tree health, risk, and care needs. Provide informed recommendations for tree care services based on observations.
• Sales and Estimates: Prepare and present estimates and proposals for tree care services. Assist in developing sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Customer Service and Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain positive client relationships and address any concerns or questions.
• Coordination with Tree Care Crew: Assist in coordinating tree care services with the crew to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Monitor job progress and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in plant health care, arboriculture, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Ability to obtain ISA Certified Arborist within 1 year.
• Understanding of basic tree biology, health, and maintenance practices.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
