Purpose

Canopy Service Partners is redefining the residential Tree Care industry. The Canopy Regional Operations President (CRP) will be responsible for winning hearts and minds, adding to the Canopy operating playbook, and building a culture of operational excellence in the Southeastern US. Job Overview

The CRP will partner with and support local founders and management teams. The CRP will learn how to effectively manage a best-in-class arboriculture business and will observe and document all processes. The CRP will be responsible for rolling out the Canopy Operating Rhythm to the current and future management teams. Lastly, the CRP will act as an owner, actively managing the P&L and driving a culture of transparent, KPI-driven, organic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build a world class (hiring) culture. Measured through bi-annual eNPS surveys, top notch recruiting practices and statistics, and gold standard retention and promotion rates, the CRP will set the standard for all operations leaders to follow.
  • Implement a culture of operational excellence. Introduce and rollout a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI driven operating cadency.
  • Define the P&L. Dive deep and understand each line item on the P&L. Identify areas for potential improvement and set the guidelines for all future business.
  • Lead with purpose. Create and embrace a mission and vision that resonates locally, regionally and centrally.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must live in (or relocate to) the Southeastern United States
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • MBA or similar graduate degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of operational leadership (preferred)
  • Experience with, or deep respect for the trades and field service
  • Strong communication skills
